Returns & Refund
We accept returns of unused items in their original condition (Items must be returned free of any stains, odors (including perfume or smoke), pet hair, alterations, or damage. All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and undamaged.) within 7 days of delivery. You must initiate a return request within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Eligibility:
- Items must be returned in their original condition: free of any stains, odors (including perfume or smoke), pet hair, alterations, or damage. All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and undamaged.
- The following items are not eligible for return:
- Sale items
- Custom-sized, tailored, or altered items
- Sizes above 2XL (considered custom/tailored)
- Items without original packaging and tags
- Items that have been used, perfumed, or have body odor.
- Minor variations in embroidery, beading, or color are not considered defects. Thus, such items are not considered for return or exchange.
Reporting Damaged or Defective Items:
Any complaints regarding damage, stains, stitching issues, or other defects must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving the product by submitting a return request as mentioned in below steps. Please include a digital picture of the issue for review.
Return Process:
- Submit a Request: Log in to www.theseason.ca and submit a return request through the “Orders” page under “My Account.” Please include images of the item you wish to return/exchange.
- Request Review: Your request will be reviewed. Upon acceptance, you will receive an email with return instructions. Do not return any item until your request is accepted.
- Shipping: We provide one time shipping only. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of postage. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
- Item Receipt: Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, we will process your refund.
Refunds:
Refunds are issued as store credit (excluding original shipping charges), which can be used for future purchases. Original and express shipping charges are non-refundable.
Product Care:
- We recommend dry cleaning for the first wash, especially for heavily embroidered items.
- More casual items should be washed separately in cold water.
- Due to hand-dyeing methods, colors are not guaranteed.
- We are not liable for damage caused by not following these instructions. If in doubt, dry clean.
Product Disclaimer:
- Embroidery & Color: Due to the nature of fabrics, we do not guarantee embroidery or colorfastness. Some displacement of beading/sequins may occur due to the nature of the work and is not considered a defect. Minor variations in embroidery, beading, or color are not considered defects.
- Sizing: Garment fit varies depending on cut, fabric, and style.
- Color Display: We strive for accurate color representation; however, colors may vary due to monitor settings, lighting, and other factors.
Order Cancellation:
Customers may cancel their orders within 24 hours of placing them for a full refund as store credit. To cancel, log in to www.theseason.ca and select the “Cancel Order” option on the “Orders” page under “My Account.”
Important Notes:
- We are not responsible for returned items until they are received at our warehouse.
- We are not responsible for goods damaged in transit during return shipping.
- Your return/exchange request may be cancelled if the returned item is not in its original condition.
