Can I cancel my order?

Yes! Order cancellation is allowed within 24 hours of placing the order. The cancelled order amount will refund to you as store credit in store wallet available on our website. This store credit can be used in your next purchase.

How can I place a refund/return request?

Customers must initiate returns within 48 hours of receiving the product and return within 7 days of receipt. Ensure items are in original condition (unwashed, undamaged, with tags attached). A store credit will be issued against all refunds. This store credit will be available to you in store wallet for your next purchase.

How can I use my store credit/wallet money?

While checking out, there is a payment option "Wallet Payment" which you can use to pay against your order.

Can I transfer my wallet money to my bank account?

The wallet money aka store credit can be used to place your next purchase order with The Season only.

How long does it take to deliver the order?

We try our best to ship your orders as soon as possible. Processing and dispatching an order ideally is done within 24 - 72 hours for the items ready for ship. 

For all custom made items, it will take 5-7 days to dispatch. But please allow 10-14 working days for delivery.

What are your shipping/delivery charges?

Shipping is FREE for all orders within Canada.

In case of refund, Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We DO NOT provide return shipping labels.

Do you deliver out side of Canada?

At the moment, we are providing shipping service within Canada only for ready to ship items/products.
